The UK free festival scene that begun in the late 60s basically ended with Castle Morton in '92 after which our rights & freedoms were heavily curtailed. Years following Stonehenge 'Battle of the Beanfield' 1985 were marked by clashes with police & political activism in line with the Miner's Strikes and Poll Tax riots and were a last hurrah for the alternative lifestyle before pay2go culture completely took over. Hard drugs also took their toll. Bring back the old freedoms, squatters rights & some of that super hashish!

Puppa Slengy, Binghy-I-Man & Paul Rootsical have joined forces to create this new space. After rastfm folded we had a false start at another station which was when we decided to do our own thing. We are running it very much as a cooperative, shared enterprise with all the djs & crew. Please check our mission page. You all know what kinda music to expect ;)
